Biscuits Of Tooday was founded in 2013 by JamesÂ Mcweill and hisÂ wife Joahna and reflects a heritage that spans generations. Chef JamesÂ was classically trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, and learned how to make the best heritage meals with her mother, grandmother and great-grandmother as well as with her father in his restaurant and catering business.
An eighth generation Texan/Louisianan, McweillÂ understands that good food is essential to one’s heritage. His family has cooked for patriots and pirates.
